When can I expect my Order?


Depending on your location, your order will arrive 2 to 3 business days from the time of purchase. Unless you have Pre Ordered, delivery timeframe will be stated on each item. 


Do we ship internationally?

Yes we do. When you input your address in the payment field the international shipping option will come up.

Returns Policy

Our goal is to provide a safe shopping environment – if it doesn’t fit, suit your figure, or didn’t turn out to be what you were looking for -you have 6 days to return your order for an exchange. Please follow these steps to ensure a hassle free exchange…

Please note there are no returns on SALE ITEMS. I will replace and item to the same value if the goods are faulty however sale items are limited and end of season. They are clearance and marked down without any returns.

1. Send an e-mail with your request for an exchange . Your request will be processed and we will reply via email within 48 hours. This ensures that you know whether or not we can accept your request and we can also advise whether we have the requested colour or sizes you require for exchange in stock.
2. Requests must be made within 6 days of the invoice/dispatch date.
3. The garment must be received at Fit HQ in an unworn, original condition with all swing tags attached. FitForever Ltd reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty.
4. Please include a copy of the receipt and a copy of the email correspondence regarding the request in the return parcel. Please include your full postal address for any approved exchanges.

NB: All shipping and handling costs for exchanges will be incurred by the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty, FitForever will replace the item with another item them same or of the same value.

Exchanges will incur a $6 shipping fee or you can return the item with a self addressed courier bag for the return.
